Package replaced in place of a new one, price like new

first batch defective, confirmed by AT&T store. They replaced it for free, it works, but again they sent an updated not new ant at full price. The first batch had not yet been taken, the employee said after 72 hours. hope this works Please note that the updated version does not contain instructions and is not sure what the item does.
