Review on π· Dasbecan Replacement Backup Camera for Ford Explorer 2011-2015, Replaces OEM BB5Z-19G490-A by Michael Lucas
It works as well or even better than OEM at a much lower cost.
Post-installation overview: Installed on a 2013 Ford Edge SEL. The camera works and is slightly brighter than the original. I have gridlines and backup alert tones that work. The original camera works intermittently and I get the message "Camera unavailable, please contact your dealer". I updated sync to the latest version and it didn't work. I used a YouTube video from Leo's Variety Channel that walks you through the installation process. Hope the camera lasts as long as the original.
