I can't think of a way to improve this scrub!
Purchased to cook pizza in a steel pan instead of cast iron. The dough wants to stick to it, even with semolina flour and cornmeal underneath, so I place the wood skin on top of the pizza and turn/take that out. The homemade pizza is worth it. Find a fridge-freeze dough recipe, some of which will keep for up to 2 weeks. You won't believe how good it is!
