Great solution to the blower motor switch failure on my Jeep TJ Wrangler '99. It's easy to install, but you need to pull the center dash and HVAC panel, which consists of only 7 fasteners. Also check the fan resistance if you lose all fan speeds, only high and low, but if that switch fails you have no fan at all. If you replace it and the fan still doesn't work, it's a bad fan motor. The fan motor is behind the battery, so you must remove the battery and computer module to access the three screws.
