First time use although the packaging appeared factory on arrival I believe my item was returned/refurbished as there are scuffs on the camera lens cap (see image). I will continue to test for defects, but lens cap wear is not encouraging. The product page does not indicate a refurbished or repackaged product. When I ordered it I thought it was new. Check the camera carefully. Image quality for a medium-sized conference table is acceptable at best, with half the table being out of focus and half being sharp. The camera also struggles to keep up with natural light, causing problems when aimed at a window.
