Case is cheap, it will keep things organized but offer little protection from the elements beyond a cloud fart, and zero impact protection. The sketch pad did not have enough pages in it for me to feel comfortable beginning an artistic journey as deep, gross and troubling as I expect my drawings will take me, so I gave it to a new friend who purchased a tattoo gun before a sketch pad, had never tattooed before, and straight away demonstrated his need for practice by ruining the back of another friends leg with "poop art".The pencils are ok, eraser is fine, sharpener is doo doo. Spend a few more bucks, locally if you can, so you can hold the kit you are buying. It's easy to make these things cheap. I love shopping online, but things made for holding often need to be held first.
