I cook for my girlfriend's parents. They don't eat in large quantities, so these pans are perfect for a meal for two. You can freeze food, take it out at any time and put it directly in the oven. I cover the top with plastic wrap and write the cooking instructions on the lid. They're very simple, which is important.
