Great Solution for Call Center Teams & Individual Employees

The best thing about this system was that it provided all our employees with access to their respective work stations from anywhere in town or outside! No more waiting around, especially when you're stuck at home due its quarantine rules imposed upon us during Covid 19's time frame lockdown across most states here locally as well worldwide!! It also helped me be able manage my daily workload using multiple screens while still maintaining productivity levels throughout an entire team within one call center without having any complaints whatsoever regarding performance issues nor being late into meetings etc..

  • Easy accessibility for anyone located far away.
  • Great customer service
  • Ability not only track calls but monitor your own progress through various tabs via dashboard view which is great if working remotely like myself since I don't have regular office hours anymore either!!!
