Definitely keeps cold air out and your baby is nice and warm.
Super warm jacket for a child. Attached hood and wrists protect against cold air. Fits as expected with room for a t-shirt and sweater under the jacket and does not restrict movement. My grandson loves the inside pocket and hides his treasures there. Fully washable which is a big plus in my book. Very nice jacket!

- May not be suitable for tall, growing boys.
