Great product and great support!
I had a unique situation. I needed a fast, real-time device that could take a VGA signal and feed it to a computer. It had to be displayed in real-time at high FPS (frames per second). Contacted tech support via email with my requirements and they recommended this device. After a simple installation I had another question which I emailed and was answered within a few hours. Tech support was very knowledgeable about their products and replies faster than expected.
