If I had to rate this pan after 18 months of use I would give it 5 stars out of 5 as does this review. This is because the pan itself is a great non-stick surface that has helped solve the nutritional issues of using excess oil or oil as a lubricant to prevent food from sticking. However, I will say that the handle of this pan needs semi-regular tightening, which is confusing because I'm not as aggressive as these pancakes. If you end up liking non-stick pans and being able to turn the screw 180-365 degrees clockwise every two months, then this pan is for you. Those complaining that their pans are warped are likely using them as a weapon (off-label) or a scratched surface (using metal utensils on a non-stick pan) is nothing to worry about.
