Review on SICASOFT SBI by Marc Zitnik

I like how easy it is when you have questions or need assistance with your request! It's very user friendly as well - simple instructions are given at all times so there isn't any confusion about what needs done next in order to complete an assignment/request etc. Nothing really that i dislike but if anything we could make sure our support team can give more detailed answers than just "here try this" which sometimes leaves us confused until someone else has helped out (which they do!). We use SAP ERP system heavily within my workplace however some of these tasks would be much easier using something outside of work e.g. Excel instead of having to go through multiple steps every time before being able to send off one particular email / letter. This helps speed up processes greatly by doing things quicker rather then going back & forth between programs and documents each step of the way.
