Ease for quick responses, clear guidance

I like how easy it is when you have questions or need assistance with your request! It's very user friendly as well - simple instructions are given at all times so there isn't any confusion about what needs done next in order to complete an assignment/request etc. Nothing really that i dislike but if anything we could make sure our support team can give more detailed answers than just "here try this" which sometimes leaves us confused until someone else has helped out (which they do!). This software has been great so far!

I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the tool to fit our needs. I dislike that the tool is very expensive and that there is no way to have it hosted on our own server. I would like to see a free version of this tool. I would like to be able to have it hosted internally or on our own server. Easy to Use, Great Platform for Remote Work

It is easy enough that I can use it without help or training (which isn’t too much). My organization has been able utilize this software in order be more transparent with our customers about what we are doing as an agency using their services through various platforms like AirBNB etcetera!
