Hard material, heavy plastic parts, plastic thread sticking out

should have been 1/2 inch wide. The name tag on the collar was heavy and stiff. The plastic thread used for sewing was sticking out from the inside and rubbing against the dog's neck. I took off the company tag and tried to cut the plastic thread sticking out of the dog. The collar was still heavy and stiff. Do not contact the seller about the problem as there is no contact information for the seller
