Review on 📱 Garmin Remote Edge by Srivatsan Oling

I have used this on a Garmin 510 and now a Garmin 520 plus. I love it. I've had 2 screens to cycle through on my Garmin in the past and it seemed to instinctively know which screen I wanted to see and show me the exact opposite. At the same time, I turned off auto-scrolling and can now flip through the pages I need at the push of a button. However, it's far from perfect. Little hooks. When it comes to cycling, I don't know anyone who uses the laps function on their Garmin, let alone has a dedicated button for it. I wish it could be reprogrammed like the third button according to the user's preferences. Another problem I see is that I often see Bluetooth errors that cause the Garmin device to drop communication. The best solution I've found for this is to access the remote setup on the Garmin and let it forget and then re-sync with the remote. It doesn't happen often. One option I like is on the main button, if you long press it it will bring the page back instead of forward :)
