They work well and my teeth are stubborn. I think only one out of 600 broke the thread. The grip might feel a little flimsy, but if you bite them to get them between your clenched teeth, they work really well. The spike at the end of the handle is easy to use and because it's at the end of the handle, it's long enough to reach your molars.
