Review on Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus 4-Cup 🍴 Food Processor: Brushed Stainless Steel Efficiency by Ryan Saxton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

As long as I like it I bought this after my old 10.

I like it so far. I bought this after my old Black & Decker 10 cup processor had a broken bowl and no replacement was available. I refused to buy another Black & Decker to protest that they no longer offer replacement parts for the 8 year old model I had, forcing me to throw out a perfectly serviceable machine. I did a little research and was torn between this model and the Amazon Beach 8 cup bestseller. I chose this one because my kitchen is pretty small and I don't have a lot of storage space. Also, my old 10 cup processor was very heavy and I felt uncomfortable moving it as I preferred the meters to be as clear as possible and I really didn't feel like buying another one that big processor needed. When I saw this I decided to give it a try. It suits my needs perfectly. I use it to make breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon, diced onions, etc. I even used the grind function to grind Colby Jack cheese! i love this size Because it's smaller, it fits in my dishwasher more easily. You have to hold it in your hands if you grind a lot, but I don't see that as a disadvantage because this processor is light enough that I can easily put it down if I want to. The only downsides I can point out are that the bowl doesn't feel very strong and I'm concerned that in just a couple of years it might crack and it's not real brushed stainless steel. This is a coating similar to silver paint. But I'm still very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it, especially if you're short on storage.
