Well finished with a small flare on top. Prepare to chamfer the edge of the drilled hole with the provided drill bit. Socket wrench is included. Good buy. BUT my supplied drill could not be turned without problems. Softwood can use 11.5mm, hardwood (oak or rock maple) I had to use 15/32!
