I love my purchase! I originally used the blade of a food processor grater to grate/grind cheese, but after breaking the shank of the blade disc after killing it on my aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, I kind of stopped using anything other than a micro plane . I saw this little shredder and decided to try shredding Oaxaca cheese and it was easy! I tried it again with a pound of l'amuse Pric Gouda and it was sooooo easy! Then I tried it with my aged Parmigiano Reggiano, a real test, and bam! Everything is done in seconds! It was actually pretty easy to clean. I'm left handed so I'll have to flip it a bit but for now I'm really enjoying it!
