1. Too small curve. If you want to brush your upper back, you have to hold on from below, which is uncomfortable. Otherwise, you're just rubbing the plastic handle on your back. 2. The handle is very smooth. I bought some tape to wrap around the handle to hold it better. 3. Washes very well and cleans just as well. It's good value for money and I would buy it again because it looks like it will last a long time and stay really clean.
