Almost perfect. Finally found a brush almost long enough to clean my back, an inch or two might be perfect. Another reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the grip area is a bit thick for my small hands. Also, it's not very ergonomic. All in all I was very surprised that this was the only long enough brush I could find and I looked through dozens.

I've tried ordering 4 now and each had the soft bristles completely crushed on one side making that side inefficient and uneven. I hope the next replacement I get is decent, but if not I give up. Absolutely terrible quality control on them. And no, the damage is not related to shipping as the boxes were fine.

I have used a variety of washcloths and back brushes for over 25 years. I really like these, the bristles feel great on the back (not too soft and not too hard). I also like that the brush with the "plastic handle" has grown very well. I had both plastic and wooden grip options. In my experience, plastic handles last twice as long. I have sensitive to normal skin. This brush has really helped my back get clean and smooth. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This could be a revolutionary product. BUT: The head must be rotated 90 degrees to properly clean most parts and areas of the body. There appears to be a "grain" in the bristles; They all tilt in the same direction, minimizing the chance of a good cleaning.
