Very good heater for a small apartment. Heats up the room very quickly! With my old heater I could leave it on all day and still get a little cold, but with this one I find I actually get warm/hot which is actually a big improvement (because I'm usually very cold!) - the remote control is handy - the flame is a very nice aesthetic feature - the digital thermostat is easy to read / big numbers - the fan function allows you to use it not only in the cold, but the vibrations on it are a bit bad (see that Problem with vibration for more) a few things: On carpet it might not lay completely flat and therefore might not turn on. This heater won't turn on if it detects a rollover (which is actually a nice safety feature, so I'm not complaining at all). At first I thought it was defective as it kept turning on and off quickly, but I put a small piece of plywood inside for stability and it's been working like a charm ever since. The only reason I give 1 star is because of the wiggle feature. This is an amazing feature when it works properly, but more often than not it has trouble spinning and starts making clicking/stop spinning noises. That's the only downside I've found with this heater so far. One more thing, this heater beeps every time you interact with it. If you need a quiet heater when you interact with it, this heater is not for you. The remote also emits beeps. Edited to add: If you are sensitive to light at night, the blue LED used for the display panel (temperature) is very bright and cannot be turned off when you want to turn on the heater/fan.
