I have very wide feet and high crotch for a woman; That's why I mostly wear men's shoes. I was very concerned about the fit of these shoes. I measured the length of the foot, rounded to the suggested size and added a half - my normal women's size 8. My measured length was just over 26.5 cm which was a size 8.5 and I have another size 1/ 2 added - I ordered a size 9 and these shoes fit really well. As for shoes, I very often buy men's sizes from 8 1/2 to 9 - so maybe they're the right size (especially for my wide foot).
