Works and fits. Only four stars because no screws for the three-hole flange are included with the cat. Holes 0.5 inch. Orig comes with molded grommets and a 10mm (approx. 3/8") threaded portion. Therefore, when using conventional screws (10mm or 3/8"), the holes in the flange are very large for this. It works, but damn spring for the right Walker studs Seals perfectly Doesn't look like the picture but much better than the picture (the heat shield is in two pieces, doesn't look as fragile as the picture and is quite thick). No pads I see No press fit screws in the three hole flange It's pretty lame but not the end of the world The CRV 2000 for kids has been given a new lease of life.
