The support staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions I have. They are always willing to help me out. Sometimes they can be slow but that's just my preference. They process some shipping and customs documents really fast and others take longer. It's not always consistent. Their rates are good for their services as well. No issues at this time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for international freight forwarding services. There are many other companies who provide these services so I am comparing them to others. This helps me decide which one is best suited for my business needs.
