Two problems with these fins: 1: The leg pockets are quite large. I'm a size 11 and "Regular" only worked with a full 5mm boot - no chance of using it for anything smaller. Even then it was too big. Second, it really doesn't work very well with flutter kick. Good for frog strike, also good for light bodied technical diving. On the other hand, they are VERY light and quite compact. Good for on the go. Just choose the right size and the frog is gone! Don't expect these to be "fast" fins. But when you dive it's usually okay to go slow unless you get caught in a current that hurts a little.
