Perfect for my 2018 JK. I was a bit concerned because they say it will work in 2016 but don't mention '17 or '18 but I can't see any significant difference in JK from 2016 to Known in 2018, so I took a chance. You will need to cut the keys before attempting to program them and you will need 2 already programmed keys to program them. If you haven't already programmed two keys, I understand you need to program them using a computer connected to your car. My locksmith asked for $100 which I declined but they cut them off for $2 each. I took the keys to Lowes first and they couldn't/won't cut them. After cutting I followed the instructions on the website address they sent you to in the package and everything worked exactly as promised. Both keys start the jeep and both keys work with the lock/unlock buttons. Now all I have to do is find one of those magnetic car key holders that fits this key.
