Not as advertised

This fabric was advertised and sold in a 12x18 size. He arrived measuring 11 3/4 x 17 5/eight. This is a serious problem. You must state what you are promoting. After contacting the seller they refunded my money and made sure the product was as advertised. Excellent customer service.
