As advertised. I've seen some reports that this requires a 2-1/4" hole but what I received gives clearly suggests a 2" hole saw, and I measured and used a 2" hole saw with no problems. The detail fits nicely into a 2" hole. Perfect as a very inexpensive desktop grommet for my computer and data cables. A good 1/4" hole. Even if you're not sure about your 2" hole, it won't fit unless you cut a 2- 1/2" hole. The top insert that goes in The scabbard snaps into place is in two parts, the bottom one has three different sized slots if you want to be really choosy with your cords, the top pivot allows you to choose from one of the three holes and helps close any gaps if you want something more bottom Use gap as you need. o Easy to push out to replace the arrangement cable.
