Didn't fit well, hard to install and died in a week

This was a piece of junk. How can you make a pc card that doesn't really fit? I gave them an extra star becuse they did reach out to me to solve the issue but I'd already replaced it with one from Rosewill that fit and worked and hasn't stopped working - no customer support needed.
