Works great NOT compatible with Dell AIO

The problem was with the Dell AIO 7460. It works great but does NOT support hibernation in any form. When you wake up the system, it is not available. When you try to fix the network, Win10 Home crashes. I don't know if this is a Dell bug or a problem with the Marvell driver. I assume the driver will be updated to fix the problem.
