I've had the bag for less than a year and although I like the look still like I'm not happy with the quality of some materials Vinyl holds up well but where there is woven material wears out badly Unsightly I went to the Glove It website and they practically state that you after the 30 day guarantee customers are on their own so basically they have bags that look great but they don't take responsibility for the quality of their product ?I have no problem with the online bag seller at all they were very Helpful Let's see how the Glove It warranty department fares.
