Ordered recently. I assembled one stand without any problems, the other stand had a nut that was too big/wrong thread, so the stand could not be assembled. I emailed customer support and they were TERRIBLE. First, they didn't even reply to my email for 4 days. They then asked for pictures of the problem, which I sent them within an hour. They said they would send a new part. It's been about 10 days and they still aren't responding to further emails, providing a tracking number or any proof that a replacement part has been dispatched. Terrible support. The product itself appears to do what is advertised but GOOD LUCK if you have any problems with your order.
