3 and 4 stars then 2 total? Yes, very easy to install and use (5 stars). However, performance and durability are an issue. It keeps buffering, literally every 2-4 sentences in my show/movie, and then says the title doesn't work. Forget the "Try again" option as this will never happen. Had to call customer service more times than I care to. After going through the process with them, I learned how to reset it, and now I often do it myself. The device says I'm not connected to Wi-Fi, but my phone next to me says I'm connected , as well as 3 other smart TVs, 3 laptops, 4 tablets and 2 other mobile phones in the house! I'm the only one with Roku, but everyone else is using the same WiFi/router as me with no issues. Hm? And my Roku is literally right above the router. I'll say after a few support calls that Roku is great in that regard. But let's face it, a good product shouldn't need great customer service that often. After 4 months of issues (they've only known for almost 2 months) and paying for Netflix but not being able to watch much of it, Roku sent me a replacement so we'll see. Anyone can have a defective batch, I understand that, but other reviews also say they only last about 5-6 months - 3 months was great for me. Direct TV said they get a lot of calls from Roku and they have Roku's number on hand. Bad sign. My folks and friends swear by them, they've never had a problem so the jury's still out. Maybe a faulty batch? Hopefully. If not, I'll re-evaluate it here and be happy, or I'll spit out more money and just buy a firestick or something.
