Daddy Chef 16 x 12 end grain cutting deck is perfect for quickly slicing onions, peppers or tomatoes. Doesn't take up too much counter space and the finish has the professional look I was looking for. Another feature I definitely like is the short, heavy plastic legs that keep the deck from sliding around on the tabletop. Be sure to buy some edible mineral oil to rub in every day for 7 days and then monthly to fully season the board. This prevents drying out and cracking over time. Great price for what you get. What more can you ask for?
