As mentioned this hose is not the same shape as the OEM but it works. It looks high quality and most likely doesn't look like the cheap ones from China. The hardest part was getting the plug under the car where you need a goose foot. It didn't work for me, so I ended up sawing off the metal pipe and using a socket. The new cable has only one (instead of two) grommet connection. The one provided is next to the aforementioned complex junction where one of the old hoses used to be. But it definitely makes a stable impression and does its job well. I also replaced all 3 Honda gaskets. One on the switch, I replaced the one that came with the hose that attaches to the top of the power steering pump plus the one on the front of the power steering pump. I used to have some noises that turned out to be the front power steering pump seal. Luckily I found it in a YouTube video. It also only took about 2 new bottles of Honda gear oil to fill the reservoir/system. Super happy I went with this hose. that fits best. And instead of $500 from the dealer I was offered, the job only cost $30 (plus 2-3 hours of my time). ps - to turn off the switch and then put on a new hose you need a thin/thin wrench.
