Review on 🔒 Dorman Door Lock Actuator Motor (Part No. 746-259) for Chrysler/Dodge/Ram: Enhanced Security & Convenience by Fuzzhead Nelson

I replaced the lock actuator on the sliding passenger door on our 2007 Grand Caravan. This part is interchangeable with both left and right sliding doors. I ordered the part and was happy to finally be able to repair the defective locking mechanism. However, when I installed the new part, it did not fix my broken automatic lock. It made me question my troubleshooting skills. However, knowing that this part would fit any door, I removed the left side door panel (a notoriously good drive). I replaced a new part with a known good part and discovered that the part I received from Revain was defective. I emailed Revain and informed them of the defective part. I was offered a refund or replacement. I selected a replacement part and Revain shipped it immediately. I received a new part within three days and the replacement part fixed the broken lock. I'm very pleased with how Revain handled my issue and even more excited to add another item to my to-do list.
