Review on 🚵 Maxle SRAM Stealth Front Mountain Bike Axle by Kenneth Barnes

One of these was on my bike. I was used to quick connectors but quickly fell in love with the simplicity of the large aluminum bolt. I keep a 6mm wrench on the car wrapped in duct tape so it doesn't go too far and hit the fork leg. Works very well and saves weight. I've found this reduces weight even more if you leave the axle at home and are at the start of a trail with the bike and front wheel and no way to connect them. So I found the second one in the car to accommodate my occasional weirdness.
