I am very disappointed in this knife. The blades are thin and bend easily. This makes it almost impossible to cut even slices. The handle is very large and uncomfortable. I'm a small woman and had trouble holding the knife while holding down the button that powers the blades. Instead of pressing the button like I expected, you have to pull it toward you with your index finger. The large rounded handle is smooth. It slips and is difficult to hold when you press the button. To hold the knob and keep the knife safe I had to spread my arm all the way over the handle which was quite uncomfortable and the vent blew very hot air onto my hand so I was only able to cut off a few pieces before laying it down had to take it down and let it cool down. It might work better if you had bigger hands, but I wouldn't bet on it. The bottom line is that it barely works. I won't buy it again but will look around for a replacement
