Review on πŸ“‘ Premiertek Wide Band 698-2700MHz Yagi Antenna N Female - Non-Retail Packaging - Beige by Brad Ward

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not suitable for 45 degree polarization and not properly waterproof

Antenna works fine but lost 2 stars due to the following issues The mounts can't handle 45 degree polarization without modification. I'm also a bit disappointed with the choice of heat shrink tubing on the coax cable. The heat shrink tubing isn't double walled so it just slipped around the coax cable like it would from the side connector and antenna side. So it's not waterproof. I cut off the N connector, installed double wall heat shrink tubing and a new connector. Now I'm more confident that no water can get into the connector or antenna. Just before looks better than a similar (if not the same) antenna that costs $10 less, and the Keta strap allows for 45-degree polarization. I bought them through the Revain Warehouse so it was worth it.
