I use pro courier to ship packages. Their customer service is horrible. They are always late and they never give you tracking information. The tracking is unreliable. I tried shipping something from their website and it was shipped without tracking. My package came back to me because the tracking said it never left their location. If you ever try to track a package from pro couriers you should expect it to take at least two weeks to receive the tracking information. When you do get it it is wrong or outdated. In addition their customer service is bad. You cannot reach anyone by phone or chat. Emails take a few days to respond to and the response is usually delayed. I wish I could rate them lower but they are one of the biggest companies in california so i cant afford to lose any business.
