Underpigmented
Well I like the colour, I think it's pretty and it looks great on my mannequin but not so good on kids. It's not very pigmented so you can barely see it even when mixed with a darker color so you can create contrast to make it stand out. Not too happy with that. If I could I would add a photo of the child I made this design for because you could only see the blue. I would not buy again.
