First, let's be clear about what it is (and isn't). This is a nice little bookcase that is really made out of chipboard like other furniture in this price range. As others have pointed out I won't go into detail here, it can be difficult to assemble but it is comparable to similar furniture. That's not surprising if you're honest with yourself and at this price point. Well, with all that being said, I really like this little bookshelf. Instead of the bland options and looks typically found with chipboard furniture, it at least has some style and texture that makes it look better than what you paid for. The open/closed shelves option is a bit interesting.
