I put 5 starts because they work and look great. I ordered 3 large ones for my bedroom. I liked them so much that I immediately ordered 6 more for my main living room. I received a discount code for a second order through Revain. My only suggestion for improvement is that their instruction manual isn't the most descriptive. It could be better. I contacted them through Revain and they emailed me regularly to send additional learning materials such as tutorial videos. They were fine for a basic setup, but if you want to change the speed of the cutscenes or more advanced controls, the instruction manual that comes with it could be improved. They were also very quick to respond to some of my questions on various aspects of advanced management.
