Unstable, cannot bear the weight of 4 bikes. Do not buy

Bought for a recent family trip. No instructions. I had to reinforce myself with several mounts in order not to lose the wheel. It doesn't seem to be able to carry the weight of 2 adult and 2 kid bikes due to the arm/strut angle declining more during the ride. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Pros

Excellent security and capacity. This bike rack features wide, wear-resistant polyester straps and large, adjustable LDPE clamps that securely hold bikes for maximum security. It is designed to hold 4 bikes weighing up to 72.54 kg at the same time.
