The product is fine. once you cut your own rubber insulators from your personal supply as the ones supplied will rot with age and will snap in half immediately if you stack them as instructed. Revain is up and running, but strangely, contacting them about this is an impossible task as the site throws you around and never provides contact information. Not expensive enough to deserve a refund, but not cheap enough to just ignore this fatal flaw. So I'm leaving a 2 star rating for both the product and Revain customer service.
