Terrible Warranty Support

This device stopped working on the 31st or 32nd day after receipt. I contacted Roku and they said they would send me a replacement. After waiting five days after they said they would send me a new one and I hadn't received it, I contacted them to check the status. This was the first time they told me that I would have to return the defective product first and pay for the return shipping of their DEFECTIVE device. If it arrives in the mail today, I can't watch TV for 10-20 days due to defective goods and incompetence.
