Review on 🌶️ Cole & Mason 12.5-Inch Capstan Pepper Grinder in Wood Brown by Barbara Khabeer

We gladly tried this salt mill after doing a little research to find a quality and reliable salt mill. For the price we expected a great experience. We filled it with coarse sea salt but nothing came out, whether fine or coarse salt. So we filled it with a finer grain of Hawaiian sea salt, and it still didn't come out on any setting. As a result, they filled it with pink Himalayan and again nothing. He examined the mill, cleaned and dried it, brushed it dry with a soft brush; nothing could make it work. Unfortunately we waited too long to return it (we ordered more salt and had to wait) and couldn't request a refund. Oh, and it doesn't grind pepper either, which is what we tried after failing with 4 different gourmet salts. Not sure if we received a defective unit or if it was just inefficient. It's a shame we couldn't trade him in and give him another chance. :(
