Easy for everyone involved - especially those not tech savvy

I like that it's all in one place! We use this software with our website so we can see everything at once (website + sales). It also allows us to communicate via voice calls or video chats if needed. The only thing i dislike about re-amazetoo is there are no features available to customize messages more than what you get out of the box. You really have to be specific when trying to figure out how to word something. This product has helped my team tremendously by giving them an easy way to reach customers and keep their needs top of mind, while seeing who else they may need from the same department as well.
