We are very happy with it. This is low flow. So if you insist on having a lot of water flow in the bathroom, this might not be for you. It is dried with a clean and spotless paper towel. Very easy. But if, like my husband, you just wash and walk, then maybe there's more work for you. Ours was installed by a plumber so installation was easier than dismantling the old one. The only problem is that there is no rectangular fan puller to remove the sand. I've always unscrewed the rounds on other faucets in the past, but I'm afraid I'll scratch the faucet if I play with it, or I won't even be able to replace it. If anyone has an answer to this question I would be very grateful.
